The motive for which one is almost forced to go back to Middlesmoor is that behind all the usual things on offer you find in any “brochure”, there is at Middlesmoor something much bigger and more important. …there is a harmony and happiness in Middlesmoor that it would be hard to find
in other circumstances. …even the lessons are not boring and then there are the long walks along the river, the swimming, the jumping from the rocks into the river, the big table where we all ate together and above all the friendliness and help of the “helpers”/ teachers.
